What methods do I use in therapy?

In therapy I most often use the EFT and IFS methods. I mainly use these approaches because they frequently deliver noticeable results very quickly – clients often feel after just a few sessions that something in their behaviour and emotions is already starting to change. I then support the therapy with coaching principles, relaxation techniques, and work with the body and the nervous system.

EFT therapy

It helps release negative emotions and inner blocks. Relief is often felt already after the first 3–5 sessions.

EFT has a high success rate and frequently helps even in cases where other methods have failed. That is why EFT therapy brings my clients fast, consistent results and has very broad applications.

The IFS method is based on the understanding that our subconscious mind is made up of multiple parts. These parts can play different roles: they protect us, drive us forward, but sometimes they can also hold us back.

To help you clearly understand the benefits of therapy, I offer an initial meeting. During this session you can get to know the techniques I use, and I can better understand your situation and suggest the most suitable path forward.

How soon can therapy help me?

Although some clients notice visible results after just the first few sessions, a significant effect is usually achieved within 10–15 consecutive consultations. This timeframe allows us to make real progress and helps you integrate the changes into your everyday life. During this period we can also evaluate the results achieved and decide on any further steps.

What kinds of issues can be addressed in therapy?
