1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the relationship between the provider Jan Koutný (hereinafter “Provider”), IČO: 10922822, registered address: Fillova 101/4, 638 00, Brno, tel: +420 775519153, email: jan@jankoutny.com, and clients (hereinafter “Client”) regarding the provision of EFT/IFS therapy, coaching, workshops, and lectures through the website jankoutny.com.

2. Services

The Provider offers:

  • Individual therapy sessions (in-person in Brno or online)
  • Courses, workshops, and lectures
  • Other related services in personal development

The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order (by email or reservation system).

3. Price and Payment

Prices are listed for each service on the website. Payment is required in advance (bank transfer or online payment). Prices are in EUR/USD including VAT (if applicable). Cancellation policy:

  • More than 48 hours before: full refund
  • Less than 48 hours: no refund (or as agreed)

4. Rights and Obligations

Client: provides accurate information, respects scheduled times, and follows the therapeutic process.
Provider: delivers services with due professional care and maintains confidentiality.

5. Right of Withdrawal

A consumer Client has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving a reason. For services that have already begun with the Client’s explicit consent, the right expires. Withdrawal must be in writing.

6. Liability

The Provider is not responsible for therapy outcomes (which depend on the Client). Maximum liability for damages is limited to the price of the service. Services are not a substitute for medical care.

7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. Details are in the separate Privacy Policy on the website.

8. Dispute Resolution

Primarily by agreement. Otherwise by courts of the Czech Republic. Possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution via ČOI.

9. Final Provisions

These Terms take effect on the date of publication. The Provider reserves the right to change them. The version valid at the time of order applies.
