What data I process and where I obtain it
I process data that you provide to me yourself, in particular when:
- you fill out a contact form / send an email / call,
- you express interest in a workshop (via the “I am interested in a workshop” form),
- we arrange and carry out a consultation/therapy session (in person or online).
This typically includes: first name and surname, email address, phone number, the content of your message, and any other information you provide.
Why I process the data (purposes) and on what legal basis
I process your data only to the extent necessary and for the following purposes:
a) Responding to enquiries and communication (contact via form/email/phone)
Purpose: handling your enquiry, arranging an appointment, and follow-up contact.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (communication with interested parties) or steps taken prior to entering into a contract (when we are arranging a service).
b) Provision of services (therapy/consultations, including online consultations)
Purpose: arranging and delivering the service, related communication, and organisation.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (or steps taken prior to entering into a contract).
c) Interest in a workshop / notification of dates
Purpose: to enable me to contact you and inform you as soon as a workshop date is announced.

Purpose: issuing and recording documents, fulfilling statutory obligations.
Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
e) Protection of legal claims and internal records
Purpose: proving that an agreement was made (e.g. appointment), handling complaints, and asserting/defending legal claims.
Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Special categories of data (sensitive data)
If, during communication or a consultation, you disclose information about your health or mental state (so-called special categories of personal data), I will process it only for the purpose of providing the service and to the extent necessary:
- on the basis of your explicit consent (e.g. by voluntarily providing it for the purpose of the consultation/service), and/or
- for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims (only if necessary).
You may withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights” below).
How long I retain the dataI retain the data only for as long as necessary:
Enquiries and requests: usually for the time needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically several months).
Interest in a workshop (notification of dates): until consent is withdrawn or until the purpose is fulfilled / the information is no longer relevant.
Contractual matters and related communication: for the duration of the cooperation and subsequently for the period necessary to protect legal claims.
Acconting and tax documents: for the period required by law.
To whom I transfer the data (processors and recipients)
I transfer your data only in necessary cases and only to verified partners.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
I do not usually transfer your data outside the EU/EEA. If any of the tools used (e.g. for online calls) involve a transfer outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards under GDPR will be applied.

The website may use cookies and similar technologies:
essential (so the website functions correctly),
and possibly analytical/preference cookies (only if implemented and typically only after your consent).
